The beautiful purple “veining” in this cheese is created during the make process by soaking the cheese curds in our Spenker Petite Sirah wine before they are drained, salted, and pressed. A showstopper for your cheeseboard! Excellent paired with a dark dried fruit such as cherries or plums.
