Goat Milk Camembert-style cheese
This soft-ripened cheese is has a very mild earthiness. It's white bloomy rind may be eaten if desired. It has a clean flavor that has a slight nuttiness. A gooey creamline gradually develops between the rind and the dense paste middle. Pair with your favorite jams or candied nuts.
